BrainBuzz.com wanted a viral marketing campaign. As Creative Lead,
I presented a proposal that included twenty project ideas, the results
of several brainstorming sessions with our creative staff, but when
they heard my idea to develop Prairie Doggin' at the Cube Farm,
there was no turning back. From that point on, wearing my Producer
hat, I gathered a development team that included three coders, and
an illustrator with me creating the sound and contributing much
of the art and the QA testing. We went into high gear to deliver
in time for a roll out at their quarterly meeting, less than two
weeks away. We made it, and within a very short time, we were all
basking in the news that our game had been chosen as one of the
Top Ten web-based games on Gamerz.com, an honor it retained for
over six weeks.
Here's what Jeff Gentry, VP at BrainBuzz had to say about our team
and our game:
"Chris: YOU ARE AWESOME!!
"Thank you for the SUPER WORK!!"
"GREAT JOB ALL!!"
Follow
this link to try the game. Go ahead, give it a try. If you're
really clever, you might find an Easter egg ;).
