ROYAL-BRIGHT™ 5mm LED LAMPS/UOE LED Die Electro-Optic Test Results


  1. The LED lamps measured were manufactured with Uniroyal's High Brightness Multiple Quantum Well (MQW) compound semiconductor die.
  2. The Electro-Optical measurements are representative of what you could expect from UOE die when properly packaged in a well designed 5mm lamp.
  3. The dimensions of the lamp shown are representative of the 5mm lamp used to obtain these results.
  4. The white lamp was manufactured using UOE's 450nm die.
