FAB Photolithography Manufacturing Engineer

Functions:

  • Operates, monitors and maintains manufacturing photolithography equipment for compound semiconductor LED device fabrication
  • Responsible for ensuring process runs correctly, technicians assigned to area are trained properly, and maintains equipment
  • Establishes technology road map for photolithography methods and techniques
Knowledge/skills desired:
  • BS/MS in Chemical engineering, Mechanical engineering, Materials Science or related fields
  • Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes
  • Semiconductor device fabrication experience typically found in silicon laboratories or printed circuit board companies
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • GaN fabrication experience a plus
